Pål Lersveen is a Trondheim resident artist working across various media and formats. The core of his art practice is video and video installations. In his works, he is interested in how video and space can form new narratives or concepts. Pål revolves around identity politics and institutional economies.

He received a BA in art at the Glasgow School of Art. In 2021 he graduated from Kunstakademiet in Trondheim with a MFA. Pål's work has been on show in various exhibition venues, such as Glasgow vvr (UK), Galleri Grenseløs (NO) , Gråmølna (NO), Gallery Blunk (NO), Festa Kraftverk(NO). More recently his video installation series "hva heter det igjen når man skulle ha vært der" were exhibited in Copenhagen, Den Frie udstillingsbygning (DK) (KE20, KE22), Kunsthal Aarhus (DK) (KP21, KP22), Trøndelag senter for samtidskunst (NO) (Trøndelagsutstillingen), National Museum in Gdańsk (PL) and K.U.K. Kjøpmannsgata Ung Kunst (NO)
